If you’re serious about getting into shape, there is no excuse!!! If you’re planning on taking our Fitness Challenge (Lose It to Win It) have a plan and stick to it. This FREE class is perfect!!  No gimmicks…It truly is a FREE class!!  You just have to register on our website so we know who is participating.  We meet every Sunday @ 10am  for the next 10 weeks. We are doing the DVD series T-25. Only 25 minutes and you’ll burn calories all day! If you want to get the optimal weight loss and have more energy we offer a nutrition option called Shakeology and much more through https://www.BeachBodyCoach.com/DarcieAdams  We also have wonderful protein bars for sale in the studio that taste great and pack a whopping 20 grams of protein to help build muscle and keep you full longer.

To help start the New Year off right and get or stay in shape, we have a health and fitness challenge for you! Starting January 12th and Ending March 16th

Join our 10 week Lose it to Win it program.

Here’s how it works:

* Participation fee is $20 at day of registration/signed release form                                                                                                                                                                                               

* All stats are taken at the beginning and end  of the challenge (weight/measurements/fat%)Taken by Darcie/Brenda. This can be done before classes start. Please email us (www.rrimfitness.com) so we know you’re coming.                                                                                                                                                                             

* Weigh-ins are once a week at studio- taken by TRIM instructor(optional-to keep you on track)   Please come 10 mins before any class starts.                                                                                                                                                     

 * You should journal your fitness activities and food intake                                                                             

* You will receive—tips, recipes and an informational handouts (in studio/in rack)                                                                                                                                                 

* As always Darcie & Brenda  are here to answer any  PT questions/concerns to help you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle

 

Winners (No duplicate winners):

Most Body fat% lost- 50% of the money collected for this challenge. So the more people who participate the more money you can potentially win.

Most weight lost- 4 free classes of your choice

Most Dedicated & likely to continue (this is shown by your journal, participation in workouts and attending weekly weigh-ins) – 1 free hour PT
